Abstract
PT grade titanium powders and hydroxyapatite were obtained. The shrinkage of the material after sintering and the chemical composition of its structural components were determined. The oxygen content in the metal is by an order of magnitude higher compared to its content in titanium powder. A probable mechanism of the influence of hydroxyapatite particles on the sintering process was proposed, when the growth of the “colony” of α-phase grains of titanium material during sintering when it meets hydroxyapatite particles slows down.
