Abstract
The stress-strain state of bending of heat-exchange tubes of steam generators made of stainless heat-resistant chromium-nickel 08Kh18N10Т steel is analyzed numerically under simulating operating conditions, taking into account the saturation of the tube metal with hydrogen. It has been established that the preliminary deformation of the metal in the heat exchange tube bend reduces the pipe durability by 19% compared to the straight section; when exposed to a hydrogen-containing medium, under the influence of hydrogen-containing environment the durability in the pipe bend decreases by an additional 12%.
