Abstract

The results of studies of the formation of deposited metal and its joints with base and deposited metals during plasma surfacing on copper with powders that ensure the production of wear-resistant deposited metal based on nickel or cobalt are presented. It is established that nickel-based PG-SR4 powder provides the best results regarding welding and technological properties. When using PN-АN34 powder, which provides the production of deposited metal based on cobalt, individual defects are found in the deposited metal in the form of interlayers and individual inclusions of copper in the deposited layer based on cobalt.
