Abstract

The results of corrosion tests of austenitic-martensitic steel deposited on 40X steel samples under a layer of АN-26 flux-cored wire Pd-Np-30Kh22МN with a diameter of 2.2 mm in one layer with 50% overlapping rollers under two modes of its supply to the welding bath (0.5 and 0.7 Hz) are presented. It is established that the best operational characteristics under the influence of the corrosive environment are obtained during surfacing with a pulse of an electrode wire supply of 0.7 Hz.
