Abstract
A computational model is developed to study the effect of operational material degrada-tion on the residual life of a composite bimetallic plate under high temperature and long-term static loading. The model is based on a differential equation which describes the growth of a high-temperature creep crack and contains the parameters of material degradation. The residual life of the composite plate is estimated in the case when it consists of 12Kh1MF steel and IN-100 alloy.
